Exchange

We offer free exchanges on your order within the European Union. If you would like to proceed with an exchange, please contact us at hello@argotstudio.com and we will send you an exchange label.

For orders made outside the European Union, we do not offer exchanges. 

Returns

For orders placed within the European Union

We have a 14-day return policy in the European Union, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, please first contact us at hello@argotstudio.comIf your return is accepted, Argot will provide you with a return label. Please ensure the item is carefully packed. Argot Studio cannot be held responsible for lost items, and we advise that you keep all proof of delivery and tracking information until the refund is processed.

We will notify you once we have received your return and if it has been approved for a refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take approximately 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

For orders placed outside the European Union

We have a 30-day return policy for orders placed outside the European Union, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, please first contact us at hello@argotstudio.comIf your return is accepted, we ask that you return the item, including the proof of purchase, at your own expense to the following address: Argot Studio, 10 rue Louis Bertrand, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France. 

Please use a shipping method with a tracking option as Argot Studio cannot be held responsible for lost items. We advise that you keep all proof of delivery and tracking information until the refund is processed. Argot Studio will provide the custom documents.

Damages Items

In the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement piece.
