Shipping policy
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for us to prepare your order. All orders are made-to-order and are packaged with care in our atelier in Paris to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.
Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Argot Studio will perform the required custom declarations.
Please note: Depending on the regulation of the destination country, your order might be subject to additional custom fees or local taxes. All taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Argot Studio does not cover extra storage or shipping costs that may result from lack of custom clearance or duty/tax payment. For more information regarding customs, taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at the checkout. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to update your delivery details. If you require any changes, please write to us at hello@argotstudio.com as soon as you place your order.
If your package is returned to us due to a failure to collect or claim it, please note that we will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipment. Customers will be responsible for any fees incurred for re-delivery of the package.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We try our best to ensure timely delivery however, please note that with a made-to-order system during periods of high volume, it may take up to 10 business days to process and print pieces for your order.
